How can I order my lab-grown diamond gem & jewellery?
It's very easy. Just let us know what gem or jewellery you're after and send us the inquiry to our email at info@laboratory-diamonds.com. We'll get back to you with instructions as soon as possible.
How can I proceed with my order and payment?
To keep our prices as low as possible and avoid paying fees to payment gateways, we offer our customers the option of direct bank transfer. For example, if you wish to order a lab-diamond or ring from us, we will send you a proforma invoice containing all payment-related information. Once we receive payment confirmation or the payment reaches our account, we consider your order placed and begin work on the setting.
Do I need to pay import taxes to my destination?
Customers from the USA are not subject to import taxes. For customers from Australia, there is an approximate 17% tax for orders above 1000 AUD. Customers from Europe are also exempt from import taxes. Import taxes apply to customers from all other countries based on their destination. We can help you determine the amount; just let us know.
HPHT vs. CVD — Which lab-grown diamond growth method should you choose?
For small, uncertified diamonds: Choose CVD. CVD diamonds are reliably detected as 'diamond' on most testers. For larger, certified diamonds: Opt for HPHT. HPHT diamonds often reach D-E-F colour grades naturally without colour enhancement and are usually laser-inscribed on the girdle with a certificate number.
